Burkburnett commissioners vote against banning flavored vape liquid


TAKING ACTION: (UTAH) Vape shops filed suit Monday against the DOH over emergency rules that require warnings about THC products they don’t sell and prohibits many from selling flavored e-cig products that haven’t been linked to any illnesses or deaths.
