ILLINOIS: (UPDATE) House Bill 345, denying early ADULT #smokers & #vapers access to the much safer alternative #vaping & #smokefree products that could actually eliminate #smoking, passed by a vote of 82-31 Tuesday. It now moves to the Illinois Senate.
