ARKANSAS: (UPDATE) With just 9 days left in session, AMENDED bill SB571 passed in House and sent back to Senate lowers tax to 30%, BUT now includes a FLOOR TAX that stores would have to pay on their existing inventory. Also includes odd “bundle tax.”
