CALIFORNIA: (UPDATE) SB 38, a bill that would have BANNED FLAVORS in vapor and smoke-free products, was PULLED BY THE AUTHOR after hookah advocates and cigar lobby gained exclusions in an amendment by Senate panel. Stay on alert for this to resurface!

BROOKHAVEN, MISSISSIPPI: (UPDATE) Shop owner and vaping advocate convinces aldermen to EXEMPT VAPE SHOPS from indoor use ban passed last month. Unfortunately, other businesses that want to cater to vapers aren’t exempt, leaving vapers out on the street.
