VERMONT: (UPDATE) State House bill H47, a 92% wholesale tax on #vapor products, has passed in Ways and Means Committee. Bill will now go before the full House.

VIRGINIA: (UPDATE) State bill to deny adult #smokers and #vapers 18-20 access to much safer alternative #vaping products passed in the Senate and will move to a vote in the House.

INDIANA: (HEADS UP!) House Bill 1444 would tax #vaping products 8¢ per millimeter ($4.80 on a 60 ml bottle). Increase would remove important cost incentive for #smokers to switch!
