UTAH: (UPDATE) HB324, which would would deny early ADULT #smokers & #vapers access to the much safer alternative #vaping & #smokefree products that could actually eliminate #smoking, passed out of B & L Committee unanimously, will now go to Senate floor.

Bill to raise tobacco age to 21 in Utah moves forward in the Senate


NEW HAMPSHIRE: (UPDATE) Senate voted 18 – 6 to re-refer Tobacco & Vapor 21 bill (SB 248) back to committee. This means it will stay in committee for further review & won’t be back before the full Senate until Jan 2020.
