BREAKING NEWS: (MASSACHUSETTS) Court REJECTS Gov. Baker’s appeal of Judge Wilkins’ previous ruling, which reverses the governor’s flavor ban and allows sales to resume on Monday, at least until the governor goes through the proper steps, including holding a public hearing before December 24th.

IN THE NEWS: (RHODE ISLAND) The trade group, Vapor Technology Association, has filed a suit in superior court challenging Gov. Raimondo’s IRRESPONSIBLE & REPREHENSIBLE BAN, which took away the non-tobacco flavors that most ADULTS who vape rely on to avoid relapsing to smoking.
